Meet the Team
Olivia Rogers
Executive Director
ABOUT Olivia :

Olivia Rogers has a remarkable journey at the Community Center. She first joined as an events coordinator in 2014 with a mission to expand both private and community events and programs. Fast forward 9 years, and she now holds the esteemed position of Executive Director. Under her leadership, events have flourished, experiencing an incredible 400% growth. In recognition of her remarkable achievements, she was honored with the Loudoun County 40 Under 40 award in 2019.
Despite leading a small, dedicated team, Olivia is able to oversee the delivery of over 100 events and programs each year, providing a wealth of opportunities and activities for the community. With a decade of experience working in Middleburg and deep roots in Loudoun, Olivia is thoroughly entrenched in and committed to the community.
Aside from her professional accomplishments, Olivia's personal life is also intertwined with the Community Center. She and her husband, Josh, celebrated their wedding reception there in 2013, marking the start of their journey together. The couple also welcomed their first child into the world in 2022, adding another beautiful chapter to their story.
Theresa Dallow
Administrative Assistant
ABOUT Theresa :

Theresa and her family relocated to Virginia in 2013 when her husband accepted an offer to manage his Aunt and Uncle’s farm in The Plains. Since then she has never looked back! She loves the “small town” atmosphere that is Middleburg. In her free time she runs the youth ministry with her husband at a church in Marshall. Her admin experience and love for community has helped her become a vital role on the MCC team! You can see her smiling face at the front desk, working events & more.
Laura Gaiser Wright
ABOUT Laura :

Laura started her involvement as a loyal volunteer for community events and programs here at the MCC. This volunteer role grew into co-managing the swimming pool and offering public and private lessons to over +65 local families. Now, you can find Laura at community events, teaching swim lessons, running a pop-corn machine & more. Her extensive background in swimming and events has made her a vital member of our team. She brings a great sense of energy to the Center and loves to connect with those in her community. Being a Middleburg resident herself, Laura welcomes all as if they are family, and has a true passion for teaching children.
Danielle Dallow
ABOUT Danielle :

Danielle has recently joined the Community Center's team to assist the Executive Director with local events, gatherings, and administrative tasks. With five years of experience working for non-profits, she is dedicated to using her talents to support the community. Danielle is passionate about her community, church, and serving others. She brings a fresh and creative perspective to the MCC during a time of significant growth in community and private events and programs.
In addition to her work at the Community Center, she is actively involved in volunteering at her church, mentoring youth, and working at the Crest Hill Tea Room. Outside of work, she enjoys listening to Lofi music and has a talent for caring for houseplants.
